What is the easiest way to get FTP working in Windows?

You can actually use Windows Explorer for FTP. There are just a few simple steps.

Open Windows Explorer. I do this by holding down the Windows key and then E. It is also likely at Start->Accessories->Windows Explorer. Windows Explorer is likely what you use to browse through folders on your hard drive.
In the address bar type ftp://ftp.holaservers.com. You should get a message about anonymous logins not being permitted.
Click File->Login As. If you don't see a men, or a menu item called File, you should be able to hit ALT-F.
Enter your HolaServers username (which is an email address) and your password.
Click Log On.

You should now be able to drag and drop files and folders up to your HolaServers site.
